The Church
The advowson belonged to the manor and the living has generally been held with Llanmartin, under which parish the incumbents will be found. The only names which do not appear there are Peter Ameline, rector of Wilcrick in 1535; and Edmond Jones, matriculated Jesus college, Oxford, 16 October 1601, aged 16, instituted 7 November 1609, was instituted to Wilcrick 16 July 1631 on the presentation of the bishop by lapse. After that the names and dates for both parishes are the same.
The church comprises nave and chancel with a bell turret at the west end. It contains nothing of interest except an ancient font. The whol edifiace was rebuilt in the year 1860.
