SEVEN SISTERS

Site Home Page

Seven Sisters is a colliery village about 14 miles north-east of Neath, almost on the northern boundary of the county and on the bank of the Dulais river. This village received its unusual name from the fact that the late E. Evans Bevan who developed the coal area here had seven sisters.
